I am currently living with my father for 2 Years in China.

My study and Student X type will end soon. What Formular should use to apply for a visa for one month, since I still Need to take care of some Family "things"? And where in Beijing can i apply?

You can apply for a tourist L type before your X type expires, and then you can take care of some family things. You can do it at the exit and entry administration of the local PSB in Beijing.
