but I would like to visit HK as a tourist  if possible multiple entry will be fine. But how can I get the entry visa in China here. can I submit my application online or by post? if so what is the procedure and what documents do I need.thanks

Mit, you can submit your application to HK immigration department directly to apply for it. If you want to apply for tourist visa, you should first prepare those documents: copy of your passport, the application form, a passport-style photo, proof of your financial support, transportation and arrangement arrangement, and your travel itinerary.
