Asian cruise with a stop over in Shanghai for less than 24 hours, will embark in Japan

has Philippine passport, do I qualify for the 24 hrs visa exemption? Thanks for your time.

Kaye, if the travel route qualifies country A-Shanghai-country B, you may be able to enjoy the 24 hour direct transit in Shanghai. You’d better confirm that with the cruise ship company beforehand.
