First step is to prepare the required documents for Thailand tourist visa: passport, a fully filled-out application form, a passport-style photo, round trip air tickets, hotel reservation, bank savings account, and a guarantee letter from the embassy of Jamaica in China. Next, go to the embassy of Thailand to apply for that.

Thank you for response. However, The Jamaican embassy in China is not clear as to what "a guarantee letter is" so please clarify as to what it should say. They require more information so that they can prepare accordingly. Also, how long is the visa process and can I send the documents in via a express courier service? Or do I have to go in person? Please advise what my options are for sending in application.
Thank you.

The guarantee should state your name, basic information, and the purpose of this trip to promise that you will come back after the visit.
