About:China Visa Application Procedure and Fee

I m going to 3 week holiday in coming February and want to spend 1week in Hong Kong.

Recently I m a Nepal passport holder working and living Australia under temporary residence permit. Do I need to apply visit/tourists visa for only 7days and if yes then how many working days it takes.

Rajesh, yes, you need it. If you submit the application to the embassy of China in Australia and it is processed there, 4 working days are needed; but if the application is transferred to HK immigration department or you post it there directly, it may take 4 to 6 weeks. If it’s the first time you apply for it, you may need to post your application to HK directly.
