About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Flight 1 (Sat, Apr 29) - Los Angeles- Incheon(seoul Korea) - Peiking

Flight 2 (Wed, May 3) - Peiking - Incheon (seoul Korea)
Flight 3 (Sat, Aug 26) - Incheon (Seoul) - Los Angeles

Is it available that I traveling without visa In China?

Your flight is Incheon - Beijing - Incheon.
No chance to use the 72h twov that way.
If you fly L.A. - Beijing - Incheon then you´re fine to use the 72h free transit.
