About:Beijing Capital Airport Express Train

What is the best way to go from Capital Airport to Tiananmen Square and Forbidden City?

I have 6 hour layovers and hoping to explore as much as I can around the area. Also what is the best way to come back to airport from Tiananmen Square? THANK YOU!

Ajay, you can take airport express to Dongzhimen, then transfer to subway line 2 to Jianguomen, where you can change to line 1; get off at Tiananmen East and take a few minutes' walk to the square. After the visit, reverse the trip back to the airport.
It may take around 1h for one trip. Make sure not to miss your flight.
