About:Chinese Embassy in Egypt

Hi, i have job offer china, shenzhen requesting me to get a midical examination approved by china

Embassy, I don't know what kind of physical reports you need, X Ray, HIV and what else?

Emad, you should contact the embassy to see if they have some designated hospital to do this kind of health check. It's a comprehensive one, not for a particular item. You need to go through it to get a form, namely Physical Examination Record for Foreigners.
