I am requesting a business visa to visit a supplier in early June

I have been invited by a key supplier of the company that I work for to visit their facility near Nanjing. I plan to arrive on June 4 by plane into Nanjing or Shanghai. On June 5 and 6 I would meet with our supplier. On June 7 I would fly back to the USA leaving China from either Nanjing or Shanghai. I may need to come back to China in the next year, so I would like to have a multiple entry visa. The supplier, Yida Environmental Protection Co. LTD. has issued me a letter of Invitation. I have filled out a visa application on line and printed it out. I live in Florida. What do I do now to get my visa approved?
