Can we extend S2 visa ?

I am working in China, my S2 is valid for 5 months and I want to invite my wife in china, she got 3 months stay duration. Is it possible to extend for 2 months more?
2nd thing: If my S2 is extended for next 6 months, can I extend my wife's visa too for 6 month?
