How to exchange a ticket for China Train

There are tons of details about changing train tickets, but no steps in HOW to do it. I don't see a place to do this on your site? How do we exchange the tickets we have?

You already got the pick up number? You just find the ticket windows at the station, show your passport and pick up number to the staff in the counter, they will give you the paper train tickets.
