About:How to Travel to China without a Visa

Good day. Im traveling from Russia to Thailand, via Beijing (layover 7h) and Shenzhen (layover 2h).

Total layover time in PRC 9 hours. Flights from Beijing to Phuket via Shenzhen operated by China Southern Airlines. Do i require visa to travel? Thank you for your info.
