What time does the Beijing South Railway Station Counters close?

We bought tickets on your website for Saturday Dec 24 from your website and want to pick them up tonight (Friday Dec 23) after I get off work at 5pm. We want to be sure that if we get there around 7pm we are still ok to pick up them.

No problem, there are still departures from Beijing South station after 9pm. The counters must be on duty at that time.

I'd still try to get there as early as possible, the counters are crazy busy at that station.
