How can my sons get his visa China?

If my sons want to going to China but he still studying in Taiwan how can he get one in Taiwan(but he still keep Indonesia pasport)TQ

Nancy, he can go to Macau or Hong Kong to apply for it. If he wants to apply for it in Taiwan, he needs to use an agency.
