About:How to Apply for a China Visa

U.s. Citizens Convicted of a crime in China..what are my chances of re entering through Hong Kong?

Crime was small..served 9 months in China.. Was not deported.. Was granted a short time humanitarian visa in mainland.. Came to Hong Kong to apply for q 1 because my wife is Chinese.. Will I be allowed back into China?
