About:240-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Eligible for the 144 hours free transit in Shanghai?

I start on a cruise from Hong Kong and end in Shanghai, China. I dock at 7 am at the pier, want to tour Shanghai before going to the Pudong Airport for a flight to Bangkok ON THE SAME DAY WE DOCK. I have a Canadian passport my friends have U.K. Passports.

Doug, if the cruise does not stop over other Chinese cities before finally arriving in Shanghai, you are eligible for the 144hours free transit.

Thanks. Only Chinese stop is Shanghai at the end.
