Baggage allowance from taipei to brussels

Hi! I want to buy the tiket from taipei to brussels but at first I need to know about the baggage allowance.
Is correct that I can checked 2 bags in economy class with 23kg each for this international flight?

I think the route involve Brussels should be one piece within 23kg. You may double confirm this with the airlines directly.
