Valid HK SAR Passport Renewal

Hi

My passport have another 6years to go and left with 20 pages.
However it have been stained with liquids and the entry stamps are unclear. Thus, I always encounter additional immigration checks as they cannot read the date of the previous stamp.

Therefore I would like to enquire if I am able to do a renewal of passport despite having 6 years validity and 20 empty pages? Thank you.
