About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Hi, I would like to attend a concert in Shanghai - arrive Friday,

leave Sunday or Monday (concert is Saturday night). This is just a return flight SYD-PVG-SYD. Is a visa required?

Paul, yes, you need to apply for a tourist L type for that.
