What will be the best possible transportation to take to go to our hotel near PVG? Do we have to check out our luggage?

Well, I'm afraid that there is no shuttle bus or subway after 23:30. Thus it's suggested to take a cab to Pudong Airport directly. In general, the cab fare is around CNY 300 at night. Besides, you can consult your airlines whether if they have luggage check through service. If yes, you don't need to check out the luggage.
