About:Policy for Foreigners with Immediate Family Living in China

My girlfriend is a Chinese and we are planning to get married,

but i come back now to Philippines.
but i got all the papers that i need here for our marriage.
may i know what visa i need to apply to process our marriage in China

You can just apply for a tourist L type to China and process your marriage there.
