nihao, i want to travel from shanghai to hangzhou on february 6, 2017.

Question

I wanted to take a high-speed train there but I checked on Ctrip and all tickets were sold out. I'm curious if there are any other ways for me to get to HZ then. I know there are buses (which is about 3 hours long I think). I am wondering if I have to book a bus ticket in advance to reserve my seat. If yes, how can I do that? If no, please give me some advice on this. Thank you so much!

Lily, as I know, the train ticket can be booked 30 days in advance. The booking service for trains departing on Feb. 6 should not be available right now. You can do the reservation in early January.Or, I personally suggest you contact TravelChinaGuide. They can provide booking service for train ticket. I booked via them once and I still keep their email: booking@travelchinaguide.com. In addition, the booking page of bus only has Chinese version. If you have Chinese friends, you can ask help for them. If not, just purchase the bus tickets when you arriving there. May help! :)
