Macau is not big, you can have an in-depth travel for two days. On the first day, you are suggested to visit the Ruins of St. Paul's, Monte Fort, Macau Museum, some streets and lanes nearby also deserve your exploration. Then visit the St. Domingo's Church, Senado Square. If you are interested, you may go to the ferry terminal to visit the Wine Museum and Fisherman's Wharf. On the second day, spend the most of the time exploring the Venetian Macau-Resort-Hotel, then visit the Rua da Cunha and A-Ma Temple if time permits.
