Hi, if you travel in Xian in December, you should bring warmer clothing as it is dry and cold. Sometimes it snows in December. In Xian, the must try local snacks are Crumbled Flatbread in Mutton Stew (Yangrou Paomo), Cold Noodles (Liang Pi) and Shaanxi Sandwich (Rou Jia Mo). You can go to the Muslim street, where you can try many local snacks.
