Applying for Chinese business visa M or F

I am in Korea for 3 months on a holiday visa. I am using a UK passport and I have had many Chinese business visas before over the last three or four years. Do I need to have the ARC to apply for another business visa?

I don't think it's a must as you have got many Chinese entry permits before. You can have a try at the CVASC in South Korea.
