About:Baggage Allowance for Chinese Domestic Flights

small backpack and carry-on

Will I be allowed to carry a small backpack (fitting under the seat ahead of me) along with a carry-on (withing the allowed dimensions and weight)

As I know, it can be flexible with domestic flights so that you can take one. International flights may have more strict regulations: Usually, passengers of first-class and business cabins are allowed to take two pieces of carry-on luggage. If you buy ticket of the economy cabin, I'm afraid you can only take one bag along with you.
