About:Policy for Foreigners with Immediate Family Living in China

Hello Iam British -working in China with a work Z permit and my husband is Iraqi.

Can he come to China with a family visit visa?

Yes, he can apply for an S1 type entry permit and then apply for a residence permit upon arrival so he can stay together with you in China.
