Nail scissors and hair mousse 250ml

Can one take the above items on the train - they will be placed in the main luggage

Nail scissors is ok, hair mousse 250ml is not ok.

Thanks for your prompt reply. If the gel or mousse container is 100ml can it be taken on the train?

Gel is ok, mousse is not ok even if it is less than 100ml.
