Can my brother extend his S2 visa? When should he apply for extension?

Jen, he can apply for an extension of his S2 type. He should extend it 7 days prior to its expiry date.

Thanks! We've been to PSB today. We can extend it if we can show them a proof of relationship authenticated by the chinese embassy in the Philippines.
Not easy because we are here and inconvenient.
