Which district is the best of part of wuxi for foreigners?

I am going to move there with my family (wife and our son) . I should be leaving my family sometimes and going to other province for my job.please guide us which parts are better as socially and accommodation and transportation for rent of a small flat.?
Could we use of flat for our offices?
