About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

I have to transit from kuala lumpur to uzbekistan in china in 2 cities for total 37 hours.

Should i need visa for china in order to transit or not?

You need a transit G type for this trip.
As an Uzbekistan citizen you are just eligible for the 24h direct transit but you transit time is way longer.

First thing is to prepare your passport and its copy, the application form, a passport-style photo, your visa for Malaysia, and the air tickets. Next, submit the application to the CVASC in Malaysia to apply for the transit G type.
