How do I travel from Xian Airport to Renmin Square other than taxi? any bus or train?

There is no direct train service. You may take shuttle bus XA Railway Station Line to the terminus: Longhai Hotel. The trip takes about 1 hour, and the fare is CNY 25. Upon arrival, walk southwest for about 0.6 mile to the square. :)0
