Restaurant near Renmin Road

In March we will be staying at the SSAW Boutique Hotel Huangpu on Renmin Road. Any suggestions for good restaurants in that neigbourhood?

舒蔡记 at no. 49, Yunnan Middle Road for pan-fried pork bun
庄式隆兴 at no. 441, Zhejiang Middle Road for steamed crab meat bun and noodles
