I am landing HKIA and need to arrive Canton Fair (Guangzhou) as fast and cheap as possible?

The best way is to take a bus to Jinan University from Coach Station, T2, HKIA. The buses are available from 7:00 to 21:50. The trip takes about 3.5 hours. The fare is HKD 250. Upon arrival, take a taxi to Canton Fair for about CNY 20 to 30. :)

Just wondering, FERRY From HKIA to Nansha Port takes 1 hour. How long from Nansha Port to Canton Fair?

Or maybe Ferry from HKIA to Lianhuashan Port (takes 1.5 hours), how long from Lianhuashan Port to Canton Fair?

1. From Nansha Port: The distance is about 31 miles. Take bus no.Nan13 to Jinzhou Metro Station. Take subway line 4 to Wanshengwei Station and transfer to line 8 to Pazhou Station, Exit C. After that, walk southwest around 420 yards to find the destination.
2. From Lianhuashan Port: The distance is about 19 miles. Take public bus no.Pan92 to Shiji Metro Station. Then you can take metro line 4 to Wanshengwei Station and also transfer to line 8. The rest transportation will be the same as I mentioned before.

Okay! I see! I will explain the routes in detail.

From Nansha Port, take bus line Nan 19 to Jinzhou Metro Station. Then, take metro line 4 to Wanshengwei and switch to metro line 8 to Pazhou. The whole trip takes about 1.5 hours. The fare totals CNY 11.

From Lianhuashan Port, take bus line Pan 92 to Shiqi Metro Station. Then, take metro line 4 to Wanshengwei and change to metro line 8 to Pazhou. The whole trip takes about 1 hour. The fare totas CNY 8 or 9.

Once I land on HKIA best effective trip seems to take Ferry to Lianhuashan Port (1.30h) and then bus and tube to Canton Fair (1h). In total 2.30h plus transfer and waiting times. Sounds OK to me. Probably 3h in total.
