Can a Chinese tourist L type issued from Nepal be used to enter China from elsewhere?

Hi, I was issued with a Chinese tourist L type from Nepal last month however due to medical reasons I could not go to Chinese and had to travel back to Tanzania. Now that I am better can I use the same visa (it's still valid) to enter China? Or do I need a visa to be issued again by the Chinese consulate in Tanzania?
