i am an american citizen living in dhahran. how can i get visit visa?

I know in USA we can get  10 year visa for China.  Is it the same here?

Yes, I think it is the same there. You should first prepare the required documents: your passport and its copy, the application form, a passport-style photo, your residence permit in Saudi Arabia, round trip air tickets, and hotel reservation. Next, submit the application to Foreign Affairs & Business Service Office, CCSC or Al sandross international Est. to apply for it.
