About:Shanghai 15-day Visa-free Policy for Cruise Tour Groups

We are arriving by cruise and do cruise ship arranged/ booked tours count? Thanks Bob

We will booking tours in eithe Chinese ports through the ships tours, that way we are guaranteed the ship will wait for us.

Bob, you need to contact the ship company and ask if it has some link with a tour agency in Shanghai. If yes, you may meet the requirements.
