Well, you cannot to go Hanoi from the waterfall. You may take a bus to Pingxiang first, and then cross the border there. :)

Thank you. Do you know if you can cross the border between Baise and Hanoi? There is a small town on the border with a bus terminal. It's called Longbangzhen.
