about luggage weight with air china

Hey I am travelling first time in air china in economy class so could you please tell me how much weight we could take of each checked bag and carrying bags.

The free allowance for checked luggage is 2 pieces and each should not weigh over 23kg. You are allowed to take one carrying bag and it should be less than 5kg. Or, you need to pay for extra weight or piece.
