A school principal in China is ready to hire me, is it possible for her to invite and appoint me?

I am a Pakistani. I am an MA English with 5 years' experience of teaching. I have been running my own training centre where I teach as well as administer.

Yes, she can invite and appoint you, but if you want to apply for the work Z type, the school needs to get the work permit and invitation letter of a duly authorized unit for you.
