I received the invitation letter from my principal company from China /HK on 13 April 2016.

This is Agent meeting in China starting date is 19 and end date will be 21 April 2016 . But, as Myanmar holiday , Your Embassy is closed already . So, What shall I do and how to get the visa from where. Is it possible to get the VISA - ON - ARRIVAL ? Please confirm on it . Thanks.

Tin, it’s impossible to get it upon arrival. You have to apply for it beforehand.
Or you can go to the nearby countries and try to apply for it.
