About:China Visa on Arrival

Temporary passport for newborn

I'm Swedish and we live in China Shekou. My newborn baby is waiting for her passport in HK. In mean while Can she enter China with a emergency/temporary passport and apply for 5 days visa in Shekou. After 5 days she will go back to HK and pick up her original passport.
