About:China Visa Fees

hi i overstay n china for more thn 3years and just have newborn baby

how long my newborn baby could stay in china?
can we together go home to phils?

thnks anyone could help me to enlighten my mind.

Oh...... you should go to the local PSB asap and pay fine for overstaying, generally, they will issue you a visa to leave China with your baby.

Well you have to pay a fine at the PSB of 50 RMB per day of overstay. However the maximum amount that has to be payed is 10000 RMB.
After you have paid the fine you'll get your papers to exit china (ONLY exit).

Keep in mind that detention for up to 15 days is also inevitable if you have overstayed for a long time.
