You can take a direct flight to Lijiang from the airport (about 1 hour).
Or, take shuttle bus line 5 from the airport to West Bus Station. Then, take a bus to Lijiang. The buses depart at 9:30, 10:30, 12:10, 13:50, and 20:30. The trip takes around 8 hours. The fare is CNY 184 to 217.0
