Australian citizen in Japan on visitor visa (90)

Hi
I urgently need to apply for a visa to visit sick relative in China, will I be able to get a passport at Osaka application centre?

Yes, you are able to get it from the CVASC in Osaka if the area you live belongs to its consular district.
