About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

London - Bangkok - Shanghai - London

Hi, will I still qualify if I fly London - Bangkok - Shanghai - London but my shanghai flight to london goes back to bangkok enroute to London, as then I will effectively have gone london - bangkok - shanghai - bangkok - london, which i dont know if disqualfiies? Thanks

If so, you won’t qualify for the 144 hour free transit in Shanghai any more. You need to apply for a tourist L visa for that.
