I stayed at a hotel in Juer hutong. How could i get to Beijing Airport without taking taxi.

Hi there,
It took me almost 200rmb and nearly 2hrs when taking the taxi from the airport to my hotel. The taxi driver did not take me to the hotel and i had to walk like half an hour to find it. My luggage is quite big and i traveled alone.
Also i registered a chinese number with my passport during my stay, do i need to cancel the services and delete the number when i leave?
