My brother is studying in china. I want to visit china on s2 type visa.

After preparing invitation letter from where my brother will get the invitation letter verified in china before sending me from his univerisity or from any chinese foreign office. if his univerisity refuse to issue invitation letter then what is the solution. (mian moaz pakistan)
