temporary venue of the AVENUE OF STAR

I understand that The AVENUE OF STAR in Hong Kong is being close for renovation.
So is it has been move to a temporary site during this renovation period?

If so, may I now the place and how do we reach from Park Hotel in Tsim Sha Shui? What is the visiting time?
