visa needed for nigerian passport

I am traveling on a cruise from Singapore & have a Nigerian passport, the cruise stops in Sanya for 9 hours & ends in Hong Kong, flying out the same day do I need a Chinese entry permit? Thank you.

In principle, you can enjoy the 24 hour direct transit in Sanya, and then no entry permit will be needed, but you are advised to double check that with the cruise ship company because you will enter and leave by the same cruise.
